  WABA hosts Parade of Homes events to showcase current trends in local home construction and beautiful landscaping projects. Participants have the opportunity to tour builders' most current work, vote for their favorites, get inspired for their own home projects and connect with local builders. 

  BUILDERS, LANDSCAPERS AND OWNERS INFORMATION

  Rules to Review: 

  1. Builders can enter more than one home. Homes can compete in every category they qualify and register for. An entry fee is charged for each category. 

  2. Entries for New Home should be new within the last two years. 

  3. Original construction for Remodeled Home entries can be any age, but project must be completed within the last two years. 

  4. Projects in the Outdoor Living category include but are not limited to projects such as decks, pools, landscaping, etc. Projects must be completed within the last five years. 

  5. If a New Home entry sells prior to the event, the home MUST still participate in the event. 

  6. All entries must have a host present to welcome guests and show the project. 

  7. New Home entries do not need to be 100% complete, but must pass an inspection for safety and will not qualify for awards without a CO.

  Save the date! We have an autumn WABA After Hours scheduled for October 14. Builders, realtors, contractors and anyone with an interest in the North Dakota building industry are welcome to attend.

  Attending WABA After Hours is FREE. Members, their guests and those curious about WABA are welcome.
