  Spring is on the way! Register to be a vendor at the 2025 WABA Home & Garden Show. This is a great way to shine a light on your company, connect with potential new customers and offer inspiration to the public.

  Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis with early registration preference given to returning vendors through December 31! View the map at the bottom of this event page.

  Home & Garden Show Main Floor Food Vendor

  General Information: Home & Garden Show Main Floor Food Vendor

  Western Area Builders Association (WABA) is seeking proposals from qualified food vendors to operate concessions at the 2025 WABA Home & Garden Show April 4-5 at the Raymond Family Community Center.

  The successful vendor will offer a varied menu that will appeal to vendors and the public, adults and children, at reasonable prices.

  The concessionaire spot and equipment are included in the vendor fee of $500 for 2025 Home & Garden Show. Vendor fee will be due by February 28, 2025. If multiple proposals are received, the vendor with the successful application will be notified by February 14, 2025.

  Scope of Work

  The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor and management of the concessions. The vendor will also be responsible for operational costs including supplies, materials and normal maintenance of the equipment during the Home & Garden Show, as well as clean-up of the equipment owned by Williston Parks at the Raymond Center prior to exiting the show. The expectation is the facilities will be left in the same or better condition than the vendor found it. A list of available equipment (cooler, freezer, microwave, etc) can be provided. 

  Proposal Requirements

  To be considered, interested vendors should submit e-mailed or paper proposals that include following:

  1. Vendor/concession company name and name of person responsible for the vendor booth
  2. Contact information for vendor company and for person responsible for vendor booth
  3. Full menu and proposed pricing
  4. Photos of food items, if possible
  5. Short paragraph with relevant company background (ex. What kind of events do you like working? How many people generally work in your vendor booth? If you are a nonprofit group, are you fundraising for something specific? Do you have a specialty? Any other information you would like to share.)
