  Showcase your work! Recommend your contractor. The WABA Parade of Homes is the best way for premium builders to get their brand in front of the public and for owners to highlight their beautiful yards and homes.

  Homes may be entered into one or more categories: New Home, Remodeled Home, Kitchen, and Outdoor Living (to include but not limited to decks, landscaping, outdoor kitchens, etc).

  
  

  Entry Fees are as follows:

  New Home: $325 ($250 for current or new WABA member) 

  Remodeled Home: $200 ($150 for current or new WABA member)

  Kitchen: $150 ($100 for current or new WABA member)

  Outdoor Living: $150 ($100 for current or new WABA member)

  
  

  Entry Rules:

  1. Builders can enter more than one home. Homes can compete in every category they qualify for. An entry fee is charged for each category. 

  2. Entries for New Homes should be new within the past two years. 

  3. Original construction for Remodeled Home and Kitchen entries can be any age, but project must be completed within last two years.

  4. Projects in the Outdoor Living category include but are not limited to landscaping, decks, pools, etc. Projects must be completed within the past five years. Owner-completed Outdoor Living projects are welcome. 

  5. If a New Home entry sells prior to the event, the home MUST still participate in the event.

  6. All entries must have a representative present to welcome guests and show the project. 

  7. New Home entries do not need to be 100% ready but must pass an inspection for safety.
