Builders can enter more than one home. Homes can compete in every category they qualify and register for. Projects in the Outdoor Living category include but are not limited to projects such as decks, pools, landscaping, etc. Projects must be completed within the last five years.&nbsp;</span></font></p> <p style="background-color: transparent; line-height: 29px;">5. If a New Home entry sells prior to the event, the home MUST still participate in the event.&nbsp;</p> <p style="background-color: transparent; line-height: 29px;">6. All entries must have a host present to welcome guests and show the project.&nbsp;</p> <p style="background-color: transparent; line-height: 29px;">7.
